Y Plas has 4,360 sq. feet (405 square metres) of office space, available on three floors, to rent on a licence or a lease.

A Licence offers rentals from 1 month to 12 months. The cost is inclusive of heating, lighting, rates, water and sewerage, refuse collection, cleaning of communal areas, building repairs, buildings insurance and use of kitchenette facilities. Licences include full reception and messaging service, free access to one of three reception areas and WiFi internet access in the main reception via tokens on sale at the front desk.

Leases for two years and upwards are available as an alternative. With a lease, clients pay a percentage towards electricity, gas, rates, cleaning communal area, refuse collection and buildings insurance based on the square footage of their accommodation. Reception service and the use of kitchenette facilities on their floor is included. Leaseholders also have free access to one of three reception areas and WiFi internet access in the main reception via tokens on sale at the front desk.
