Lee Roberts and Kimberly have already established an excellent reputation locally for tasty home-cooked fare, a reputation that is escalating since they leased the former tearooms and opened Kimberlee’s Restaurant at Y Plas.

Open seven days a week, Kimberlee’s offers the visitor a varied and uncomplicated menu at reasonable prices, with the emphasis on taste.

Their bi-lingual menu reflects the fact that as many as possible of their ingredients are sourced locally, and not only reveals concern for the local economy but cuts down on “food miles” at a time when environmental issues should be at the top of every agenda.

Kimberlee’s also service the conferencing facilities at Y Plas and their short-term goals include the opening of a wine bistro a couple of evenings a week.
